Our summer fun could not have begun with a better zoom-zoom boom. Definitely, the Mazda CX3 is a Fun Little Package to Drive that effortlessly shows its power and efficiency from the moment you start driving it. This small giant makes fighting traffic enjoyable and road trips memorable. Let me introduce to you the 2016 Mazda CX3 Grand Touring All Wheel Drive, I call it the agile little SUV.
The Mazda CX-3 a Fun Little Package to Drive
We had been taken by the CX5 when we tested it and were surprised to discover there was a smaller version available as crossover car that falls in the subcompact SUV category. The Mazda CX-3 is a stylish sporty looking car that boasts a 2.0L engine that gets about 32 mpg. No doubt it has all the heritage of the company is setting the bar high on the “fun to drive” factor.
The Mazda CX-3 Front Console
The exterior streamlined design is beautiful to look at, and the 5 passenger interior is very comfortable. This took me by surprise because despite the good looks I didn’t anticipate the seats to feel as plush as they did. I pushed the engine start button and was greeted by a panel over the dash that popped up to show me the current speed. The distance between you and the car in front of your plus cruise control settings are also viewable at a glance on this panel. Next thing I was taken by was the generous size of the 7-inch color touch screen display in contrast to the overall size of the car.
The Mazda CX-3 Features
Font and back the car feels and is roomy inside. There are a few things that now have become my must haves for any car and I checked them all off in the Mazda CX-3:
- rear view camera
- blind spot monitoring
- keyless entry
- bluetooth hands-free phone and audio system
The first thing I tested out was the “sport” mode by pressing a very accessible button on the car’s console. Using this mode amplifies the power of the car and really bring out the zoom-zoom of the CX-3. Not only does it add to the driving fun, but also gives you the power to go!!!!! But the way, it is so easy to truly go in this car. Before I knew it I was driving 80 miles per hour on the expressway. The car didn’t give any signs of distress and getting there was stable and safe. I did constantly have to gauge my speed to make sure I wasn’t going over the limit. Fun little thing the Mazda CX-3 that has paddle shifters and a sunroof to boot!
Safety, functionality and loads of features are things to easily associate the Mazda CX-3 with in addition to a reliable car that will make your daily commute a fun one full of character and style. Have you driven this fun little driving package yet?
