Of course prevention is the best weapon to keep a cold at bay, and your family out and about. There is no time to be sick when you want to enjoy the outdoors, share with friends and family or have a busy schedule to carry out. You need all the vitamins, minerals and goodness that a good diet gives us. Don’t skip meals, and make sure your plates are full of balanced meals. Yes, this does mean plenty of veggies too.
