This is a movie you have to pull up a chair to and see for yourself. As much as I can rave about how amazing and tangible the film is, you have to experience it with your family at the theaters. Disney’s Beauty and the Beast live-action movie is perfect artistry that pairs with a beautiful empowering and inspiring story line for all. It is a magnificent production to be spellbound by.
Disney’s Beauty and the Beast Live-Action Movie is Perfect Artistry
Retelling and captivating
Leave it to Disney to capture our hearts, imaginations, and minds with the retelling of a story! After watching Belle be herself and go through her adventurous journey, I loved the imagery of the film. After watching the live action movie, I am mesmerized by the fabulous combination of acting, CGI and Disney Imagineering.
Look out for the special effects
The animation works seamlessly in tandem with the sets and actors. I was at the edge of my seat enjoying the amazing special effects that made it the real portions of the movie feel as magical as the original animation. The awe factor is compounded exponentially in this film.
Details, details and more details
The magic of Disney is abundant at every turn. The costumes are gorgeous, the sets impeccable, and the actors chosen are even more amazing than the characters we love from the animation version. The scenery is fabulous as well as the underlining of the story highlights.
Amazing and Tangible
I say tangible because the movie establishes early on a personal connection with viewers. Tangible also, because everything is so very real. To be able to describe amazing correctly for you, you have to watch the movie to understand what I mean.
Empowering and Inspiring
The live action brings out once again the important message Belle shares of being strong, curious and kind to others. I believe this time around these messages are bolded loud and clear:
- Diversity: embrace each other. Our differences complement us.
- Love ourselves: Audra McDonald who plays the Garderobe shared during our interview that as the Beast learned to love Belle, he learned to love himself in the process. That is powerful!
- More than showing women are strong: Belle didn’t only follow her heart. She also helped others. She wanted to teach little girls to read and invented the washing machine! Follow your dreams and help others grow in the process. Beautiful!
Because of the message, because of the artistical value, because it will be amazing to share a story we grew up with our kids and so much more you have to go watch Beauty and the Beast. It will be a great family outing with plenty of conversation starters for your family!
The movie opens today March 17th in theaters everywhere!!!
