Bonefish Grill Finger Licking Good Seasonal Menu
The food was amazing!!! As much as I wanted to find something to criticize, there is no way to go wrong with the seasonal offerings at Bonefish Grill. Fish, mollusks, shrimp or dessert. Your taste buds will be having a party with every forkful you try. If you pair that to the outstanding service we expect and always receive at Bonefish Grill, then you are in for a fantastic dinning experience. The best thing is that even if you are a regular at the restaurant, you are sure to delight with your favorites as well as with the new fabulous spring flavors.
Bonefish Grill is off to a healthy spring start with its new Georges Bank Scallops, grilled and served on a bed of parmesan risotto, with crispy Applewood bacon and fresh green beans. This is so drool worthy.
I started out with the Applewood Bacon Wrapped Scallops starter, featuring four tender scallops wrapped in Applewood bacon and topped with mango salsa. We savored and devoured at the same time this appetizer. Next came the
- Rockefeller Atlantic Cobia – Wood-grilled Atlantic Cobia — a moist, firm fish with a sweet yet distinct rich flavor — topped with creamy spinach and lump crab, served with choice of two fresh sides.
- Cedar Plank Norwegian Salmon – Roasted on a cedar plank, topped with a seasonal glaze of sweet honey and savory Dijon, served with jasmine rice and a vegetable medley of fresh asparagus, button mushrooms, pearl onions, and peas.
Me being me, I demanded the parmesan risotto to accompany my fish. Bonefish Grill being Bonefish Grill accommodated without batting an eye at my request. Both fish were like butter! The Cobia is meatier and heartier, and a great bite.
The Bonefish Grill’s new seasonal menu also features:
- Kate’s Wild North Atlantic Haddock – Mildly sweet fish, garlic crumb dusted, wood-grilled, topped with feta, artichokes, lemon basil butter sauce, served with mashed potatoes and green beans.
- New Irish Organic Salmon – Caught in the pristine waters along Ireland’s coastline, and prepared market-fresh.
If you are a sweet tooth like me, don’t leave without tasting the Chocolate Crème Brûlée (through 3/27) – A decadent chocolate custard with a hint of Grand Marnier and house made whipped cream, or the perennial favoriteStrawberry Shortcake.
I told you the seasonal menu was out of this world!
Now tell me, what dish caught your eye?
