How cool is it to have a blast while you are learning? This has always been something that cool moms everywhere have searched for. Teachers love tools like this too. This summer, there is a fantastic app that will be able to deliver fun in education effortlessly. Noddy Toyland Detective is Mom, Kid and Teacher Approved is perfect for rainy days or some fun before dinner is served.
About Noddy Toyland Detective
Like my kids, yours might have enjoyed the detective adventures of Noddy on Sprout, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment’s 24- hour preschool network, and on Netflix.
Kuato has teamed up with Dreamworks Animation to recreate Noddy Toyland Detective. Based on it, we can now join Noddy -Toyland’s most famous detective- in an adventure filled with storytelling, learning, and creative fun!
As you play you will be able to have the kids learn empathy and helping others as Noddy gets help from his friends Bump Dog, Pat-Pat, the Panda Pockets, and Revs the car. Who, what, where are key components that will lead to mystery solving in the different games and activities offered by the app.
In the end, answers to all the clues convert into a fantastic summary of the player’s adventures in a narrative photo storybook form.
Noddy Toyland Detective App Considerations
This is my at-a-glance summary of what you should keep in mind about getting the app:
- This is a paid app and it has NO in-app purchase options and no advertising
- The “grown-ups corner” in the app allows for you to set how much time the children can play with the app plus advice on how to play the app with your kids.
- The app can notify you once your child has solved the clues and created a personalized storybook so you can read it together.
- Skills developed through playing the game including, Language, sentence structure, and creativity through play.
- It also develops pattern memorizing, sequence understanding and comprehension
There is lots more that the kids can learn as they have fun with Noddy Toyland Detective like question forming or enriching their vocabulary. To me, the thing to underline is developing creativity through play, which this app certainly encourages. I can’t deny the appeal of having my kids learn with this app in the summertime. Furthermore, how cool is is that they are learning and focused when I need them to give me some time to get dinner ready?
Cool Mom Tip: this has to be pure gold for your summer travel! Road trips? Airplane activities? the sky is the limit!

I keep my son learning during the summer by finding fun ways to keep his brain working. He likes games, so he plays educational games on the computer. We also do impromptu spelling words, and spend a little time reading each day.
Thanks for the chance to win!
