This is what I call life saving back to school must 101. Literally it is saving at is best all around. It saves me time, as I can find practically everything and anything under two roofs, and it save me money. The money savings are abundant and noticeable on great quality and brand name items. I am talking about a trip to T.J. Maxx and Marshalls to get the entire family, and your home ready for a great start for the starting school year.

I say this because both stores always carry deeply discounted prices for high quality, brand name items in every department. Regardless of the season you shop for at these stores, you are sure to find fantastic items that fit your budget beautifully, plus, no two trips are ever the same as their merchandise is constantly being updated.
How do they do it? With more than 900 stores across the country, there is a great deal of buying power behind both chains that allows a lot of flexibility in negotiating prices.     I love Marshalls and TJ Maxx. Also Ross!

    Money is tight these days and saving wherever possible isn’t an option, it’s a necessity.

    I like to concentrate on so-called fixed costs, like utilities, cable and phones. Got my kid a prepaid cellphone, a Net 10. Very nice phone and excellent value. Nice way to manage cost and keep them low too.
