There is nothing like leaving it all at our workouts. Pure satisfaction of pushing ourselves and keeping in check with our fitness, lifestyle changes and weight loss goals. Thing is, most times when I do this, I am put out of commission for a day or two due to sore muscles and pain. Tip #1: as much as you want to push yourself, know your limits. Test yourself but remember everything in excess can be a bad thing.
Tip #2: don’t forget to cool down and do your stretch exercises before ending your workout session.
