This really makes me want to call my mom. After all Mother’s Day is everyday right? I now have an overload of amazing memories! In particular I am going back to the days we used to walk back home from school together sharing about our day. It was always an adventure because mom would always take a different route, and have a surprise along the way like a stop at and ice cream shop to share a Coke Float or go for some playground time. Just like Coca-Cola does, I think that the little things and the smiles shared are really what make our bonds strong. I can’t wait to create more memories with Mami, specially now that I am mom myself 🙂
We have a saying that says “Recordar es vivir” (to remember is to live). Right now I am filling my heart with wonderful memories and smiles from back then, and getting a big happy smile on my face going over those beautiful moments. I feel so alive!!
