Breakfast is so important to us, that I do get my Latina mom calling from time to time, checking in and making sure I am feeding my family properly. I have not had Carnation Instant Breakfast in so long . I used to serve it to my daughter to try and help her gain much needed calories. She loved it!

I never used to eat breakfast. I was lucky if i ate before noon. I started making smoothies for breakfast a few months ago. I notice i have a lot more energy and i am not as cranky feeling.

I really do believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day! I wish I liked breakfast more but I’ve never really been a big breakfast eater. I like the idea of a healthy drink although I’m not sure a mixture is the healthiest of options but it would be convenient and easier for sure. 🙂
