I told you it would be easy! Honestly the combination of flavors is fantastic. Best thing of all is that we use the best ingredients. We are being demanding just as Ms. Assunta Cantisano was way back when she started Ragu in Rochester, NY after leaving Italy in the 1900’s. As this single mother settled in America, she planted a garden which was the sources of her magnificent sauce. She shared her sauce with friends and neighbors. Before long everyone was enjoying it, and today, it is a must have in our pantries.
