Exercising has been many times last on my list. I have been on and off an exercise routine. I do feel so much better, energized and happier when I exercise. The truth is that exercise should be a priority for everyone. I know you have heard it before, but some of us need to do it for health reasons, and some of us should do it to be a role model for our kids. Let’s talk about the Benefits and Importance of Exercise.
Exercising regularly has many many benefits:
- it increases mental focus
- promotes better sleep
- helps manage weight
- decreases the risk of osteoporosis
- boosts self-esteem
- boosts energy levels
- decreases the risk of heart attack
Remember that lifestyle changes can be done step by step and slowly. I usually need to do them cold turkey, but that makes it more difficult to fit in my schedule and make sure it becomes part of my daily routine.
