This Avocado Orange Mint smoothie is actually a great way for me to get a delicious high- quality protein intake before midday thanks to the milk in it. That is important for my well-being because milk has 9 essential nutrients including (8 grams of protein) in every 8oz. glass. In other words, drinking milk I am caring from just about everything from muscles to hair, bones to teeth. Bottom line, our bodies need protein to be strong and healthy. You know what else I love about including milk in my morning? It keeps me on track with my healthy eating routine because it keeps me feeling fuller for a longer period of time. Yay!
