Get ready, these cake pops copy cats are just the ticket for a beautiful tablescape and a delicious indulging bite. You will be making them blue for a boy’s baby shower. Probably, red with pink polka dots for Valentine’s. I am ready to make red, green, and white ones for Christmas! These No-Bake Peanut Butter Pumpkin pops are perfect for Halloween and Thanksgiving.
Pumpkin Spice No-Bake Peanut Butter Pops – Fall Themed Recipe For Everything Nice!
The trick to the no-bake cake pops is that you can underline the seasonal flavors. For example, you can add candy cane pieces for Christmas or heart-shaped small candies for Valentine’s. For Halloween and Thanksgiving, we are adding pumpkin spice flavors. I have highlighted these in orange, so you know to remove them for other holidays or if you are not a team pumpkin spice.
No-Bake Peanut Butter Pops Recipe
Remember, the recipe below includes the Pumpkin spice version. So, if you are not in the mood for those flavors, just don’t include the orange ingredients:
Ingredients
- ¼ cup of peanut butter
- 1.5 cups of orange candy melts
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons of ginger
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/3 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 20 lollipop sticks
- ¼ cup of melted chocolate
- Green icing
Cool mom tip: if you want a sturdier consistency, add 1.5 cups of graham crumbs
Directions:
- Combine cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter. Mix until you achieve a fairly sticky consistency. Here you would also add the graham crumbs if you are including those.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Next, roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place them on your lined baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat your candy melts for about 30 seconds. Stir in coconut oil and microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Now, with the help of a fork, dip and coat your graham cracker balls in the melted orange candy mix.
- Places the balls on your lined baking sheet
- Insert a lollipop stick into each peanut butter ball.
- With the help of another lollipop stick, carefully dab on some melted chocolate at the end of the lollipop stick where it meets the peanut butter ball
- Use a piping bag, to add the “pumpkin leaves” of green icing to the peanut butter balls. Swirl the piping bag to get the leaf shape.
- Finally, place the baking sheet of peanut butter pops in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes so they set.
