Summer is here!!! My go-to treat for the season is iced coffee. To kick off the season, I went into the kitchen as a mad scientist to create the drink for it. Of course this, oh so cool, refreshing and delicious concoction has to be quick to make not to delay the “kick back and relax as we sip” moment. It is time to be your own barista and indulge in this Easy Iced Mexican Coffee With Dulce de Leche Recipe, no coffee maker needed!
Easy Iced Mexican Coffee With Dulce de Leche Recipe
I don’t need to go to an expensive coffee shop to savor the coolest and most delicious iced coffee this summer. For my Iced Mexican Coffee with Dulce de Leche creation, I forgo the star anise.
Cool Mom Tips: If you have access to cajeta, I would replace dulce de leche for it because of the consistency and slightly more smoky flavor of the Mexican caramel.
I am all smiles when I drink my delightfully different Mexican Iced Coffee with Gevalia Cold Brew Concentrate which is an iced coffee concentrate distinctly made to be mixed with something else. It calls us to be creative and savor our coffee moment!
Be Your Own Barista
The best part of this recipe is that you can sip it as you prefer it. My sister prefers the idea of a latté so she stirs the ingredients together. I like being surprised by a more prevalent flavor so I don’t mix my drink as much. The rich (never bitter) Gevalia Cold Brew Concentrate offers you the opportunity to customize and have a deliciously refreshing unique coffee drink just the way you like it. All you have to do is add your favorite ingredients to it! The icing on these coffee creations is that you can now get a rebate offer on your bottle of Gevalia Cold Brew Concentrate Vanilla or House Blend flavors in the coffee aisle at Walmart.
Cheers to Summer
In my beach essentials bag, I have added Gevalia Cold Brew Concentrate. Yes, you got it! It does not need to be refrigerated Iced Mexican Coffee With Dulce de Leche. Only mixed and enjoyed! It is your turn, how does Gevalia Cold Brew Concentrate inspire you to get creative? Besides my Mexican Iced Coffee Recipe, what iced coffee drink will you be making and sipping this summer?
