Laugh The Summer Away with Despicable Me 3

I was invited to the advance screening of Despicable Me 3 in Exchange for my honest opinion

Gru is baaaack!  Gru and the minions are back on the big screen with plenty of 80’s retro touches and an unexpected family twist!  The wait for your to discover it all for yourself is almost over.  Tomorrow Despicable Me 3 will be in theaters everywhere.   I am telling you right now, get ready to Laugh the Summer Away with Despicable Me 3, and enjoy some flashbacks is you are an 80’s baby.

Go See Despicable Me 3

This movie is totally a family flick.  Not only a great film but one in which your family will enjoy and laugh out loud repeatedly at the theater. True to its vein, Despicable Me 3 it will pull at your heart strings as it keeps centered on family. No, no tears, but lots of “awwww” moments :-).  This time the minion family makes a minimal appearance.  Enough to keep us minion lovers happy and laughing plenty.  That said,  Gru does a great job at getting our laugh out too as he unravels in the new unfamiliar territory of being a brother!  Not only will you get to see the family grow, but also how the family flourishes.  The interaction between sisters, and sisters and step-mom is just perfect for our world of ever expanding family types.

There is plenty of adventure.  That is not all.  There is plenty of empathy, caring, and making the right decisions while staying true to ourselves and our promises.  If you top all that with non-stop funny moments, you have a must-see activity with your family.   If your family is anything like mine, plenty of Despicable Me 3 memorable moments will be re-enacted, re-created or repeated,  that alone means that we will Laugh The Summer Away with Despicable Me 3. Time to get your tickets, right?
