Have you met Amiyrah Martin? I have not personally yet. Hopefully soon one day. I got to virtually meet her last year. It is her birthday today and this is my special shout out to her because I strongly believe she has a heart of gold that everyone should know about. Happy Belated Birthday, Amiyrah! Because you all know I love to celebrate and birthdays should last longer than one day.
How can I say she has a heart of gold when I haven’t met her? Well, for one, my friend Tania (another heart of gold) speaks highly of her. For another, Amiyrah’s words transcend into motivating and helping people as she speaks her tidbits of wisdom (what I read on Facebook). This woman is one of our time. She is a military hard working mom who from what I can see does not have one business. She is definitely a multi-tasker to learn from. She parties in LulaRoe. At Four hats and Frugal, you guessed it, she gives tips and ideas to live on less and keep our hard earned money. I really don’t know how a mom of four does all this. I am sure she does a lot more that I still haven’t discovered. Oh, and if you love Star Wars she is your gal!
The Head Turn
I would be at the Red Carpet premier for Coco. There was much buzz about this amazing Oscar winning Disney-Pixar Coco movie at the time. Someone tagged me on a Facebook post. I went over to read and found that this lady Amiyrah Martin was offering to dress bloggers attending the event in Hollywood. First thought? Whoa, that is way too generous. Second thought? Seriously, that is seriously nice. She had my attention. Unfortunately, my dress arrived after I left for the Coco event. Her dress has been a gift that has given over. My friend needed a dress for an important presentation. I lend it to her and now she flaunts it proudly again and again and again. (hence no photo of the dress). Not many do that today. I stand and applaud your business mind and generous heart. I never really thanked you because I wanted to do it in a big way. The same big way you touched me. So on your belated birthday celebration, THANK YOU. You made a difference.
Get to meet Amiyrah. Follow her on her Facebook and Twitter.
