Eva Longoria Talks Dora and The Lost City of Gold: Exclusive Interview
Yes, the green (not red) carpet event for the new Dora movie adventures was tons of fun. I have to hand it to the stars who graced everyone with ample time to ask their questions and chat about the film with them. It was sweltering hot and they joy of sharing about Dora and the Lost City of Gold took over any discomfort they might have had. You might have thought they were in a beautiful A/C loung talking excitedly about the film. She is not only beautiful but also engaging and so down to earth. This is how Eva Longoria Talks Dora and The Lost City of Gold: Exclusive Interview. Our conversation with Eva was fast and furious but rich!
How has motherhood influenced your character in Dora and the Lost City of Gold
While shooting the movie, Eva Longoria was still breastfeeding her son. She didn’t realize how much being a mom affected her work. For example, she was protective of Isabela Moner who plays Dora, her daughter in the movie.
How does she feel about working in a bilingual or Spanglish movie?
Eva Longoria loves it! She believes it is very organic and true to how Dora has always been in her stories. In particular she is very proud to be part of such a latino production.
What is hard for Eva Longoria to keep a straight face when Micheal Peña was doing his music imitation?
It is not the first time that Eva and Michael work together. So, she is used to him very funny. That said, she had a hard time not bursting out laughing in that particular scene. As a matter of fact, they did a lot of improv for the movie together!
During our interview we also discovered that at home the star definitvely keeps daily life in Spanish.
