- 5 oz of Mionetto Prosecco
- A cup of Blackberries
- 1 tablespoon of Honey
- One medium Rosemary sprig
- Mash the blackberries and the honey. Once done, add three Rosemary leave to the mix and mush some more.
- Serve a tablespoon of the mix into a champagne glass
- Add half a glass of Mionetto Prosecco
- Mix in
- Top the glass off with more Mionetto
- Garnish with a Rosemary spring and a blackberry!
