We were excited about the SpongeBob Musical Interview with TOM KENNY AND ETHAN SLATER. Because SpongeBob is a regular at our home, we were a bit skeptical about a musical. Luckily we got the insights of two Spongebobs to clarify a few things. Here is an excerpt of our interview plus our Spongebob musical review
SpongeBob Musical Interview with TOM KENNY AND ETHAN SLATER
It is not every day that you get a chance to talk to not one, but TWO SpongeBobs!!! Tom Kenny is the original voice of SpongeBob Squarepants . And, Ethan Slater is the talented actor that brings the character to life on the stage.
SpongeBob Musical Review
How in the world would they be able to recreate Bikini Bottom in a dry stage? I was not buying it. Nevertheless, it was wonderfully done! The stage and the props were on point and added so much to the story. Once I was immersed in Bikini Bottom world, I was blown away by the fabulous voices and acrobatics that these amazing actors offer us. So, yes, the production is not only well done, but it is entertaining. Plus, it is true to the world we all know so well. Speaking of which, the story and the characters push forth some of the personality traits of SpongeBob’s that are very valid today. As a matter of fact, characteristics that make a big impact on our world. I am talking about, respect for one and other, inclusion, helping others, building community, and friendship. Of course, to that, we need to add, doing the right thing, and believing in ourselves.
