The dishwasher is one of the most used appliances in the home. Many households depend on this appliance to keep their daily routines running smoothly and so we can focus on other important tasks at home. But when was the last time you cleaned yours? Honestly, the dishwasher is cleaning all those dirty plates, cups and utensils, banishing bacteria and cutting through grease. And, at the end of the cycle everything is so satisfyingly clean. Remember, if we keep up with caring for the dishwasher, the longer it will wash for us!

So, it is a good idea to into the habit of cleaning the fridge at least once a week. Empty it regularly, and clean all the inside, including drawers and shelves with an anti-bacterial solution. Kitchen drawers and cabinets
Do you have that quintessential junk drawer? I do! And, I hardly ever sort it out. What about the drawers in your kitchen? Do you regularly clean them out? Frankly, I only did it during spring cleaning. But now I do it once a month. You’ll be amazed at the dust, dirt and grease that have accumulated in them!

Did you know that the plastic shower curtains are another happy place for bacteria? Not to mention mildew and grime. The best way to clean your shower curtain is to follow the instructions on the label. You’ll be surprised how fresh your bathroom will smell afterwards.
From pillows on your bed to the scatter cushions on your sofa. Whether they’re functional or purely decorative, pillows are infamous for harboring dead skin cells, dirt and dust. that is a lot. Just throw them in the pile when you are washing bed linen and pillowcases. Oh, and do replace your pillows every year.
